Thrive Body Company

Pelvic Health Care That Helps You Trust Your Body Again.

Thrive Body Company was built for women who want thoughtful pelvic floor care without being told to stop moving, avoid exercise, or settle for generic advice.

I’m Dr. Brynn Babb, pelvic floor physical therapist, fitness coach, and founder of Thrive Body Company. My work brings pelvic health and strength together so care supports the things you actually want to do — during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

Good pelvic floor care should make your world bigger, not smaller.

Dr. Brynn Babb is a pelvic floor physical therapist and fitness coach who helps women stop settling for “this is just how it is” and start feeling strong, capable, and fully themselves again.

Brynn is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with advanced pelvic health training through Herman & Wallace and the APTA Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy, and she is certified in Postural Restoration (PRC), dry needling, and functional nutrition. After seven years treating pelvic floor conditions in a clinic, she built a model that meets women where they are, without the barriers of commuting, childcare, or a packed schedule. Thrive Body Company provides concierge in-home pelvic floor physical therapy with virtual coaching support, available throughout Palm Beach County, Florida. No waiting rooms, no guesswork, no putting yourself last. Just a clear, personalized path to feeling strong and capable again.

A former competitive soccer player, Brynn found pelvic health after a torn ACL led her into physical therapy. She saw how the traditional approach of table, probe, Kegels, and handout fell short for women who wanted to lift, run, and play with their kids. By treating the whole system, from breath and hips to nutrition and the nervous system, she found women got better faster and returned to what they loved sooner. That approach is the foundation of everything at Thrive Body Company.

Outside of work, Brynn enjoys scuba diving, spotting birds along the coast, playing a competitive round of mahjong, or curled up with a good read.

You should understand your body, feel confident using it, and have a plan that moves with you.

Pelvic health is not about becoming more cautious. It is about building the knowledge, strength and confidence to participate fully in your life.

Care starts with the person, not the protocol.

01

Listen First

Your symptoms matter, but so do your history, goals, training background, lifestyle and what you want to feel capable of doing again.

02

Build Capacity

Treatment should progress beyond symptom management. Strength, coordination, movement tolerance and confidence all have a place in the process.

03

Make It Useful

The work should translate into real life — pregnancy, motherhood, training, running, lifting, impact, work and the activities you care about.

Strong care can still feel human.

A good plan should give you clarity, not overwhelm. You should understand why you are doing something, how it connects to your goals, and what progress looks like from one stage to the next.

The pelvic floor is part of a whole system.

Symptoms rarely exist in isolation. How you breathe, manage pressure, coordinate your core, move through your hips and spine, produce strength and respond to real-world demands can all influence the bigger picture.

Clear. Collaborative. Progressive.

01

Seen

Your symptoms are only one part of your story. The starting point is understanding what is happening and what matters to you.

02

Guided

You should know what you are working on, why it matters and how it connects to your goals.

03

Progressed

The plan evolves as your capacity does — from symptom management toward strength, movement and confidence.

Support that meets you where you are.

Concierge In-Home Physical Therapy

One-on-one pelvic floor physical therapy delivered in the comfort of your home for appropriate local clients.

Virtual 1:1 Coaching

Personalized support for women who want individualized guidance, programming and progression wherever they live.

Because women deserve better than being told to live around their symptoms.

Thrive Body Company exists to offer a different kind of pelvic health experience — one that respects symptoms without making them the center of your identity.

You deserve education that makes sense, a plan that reflects your body and your goals, and care that helps you build confidence rather than fear movement.

My role is to help you understand what is happening, identify what your body needs next, and create a path toward the activities and life you want to return to.

You don’t need to wait until things feel “bad enough” to ask for support.

If pelvic floor symptoms, uncertainty, pregnancy, postpartum recovery or returning to exercise are getting in the way of how you want to move, let’s talk about what support could look like.
